Breadfruit (kadachakka) @thebackyard

Known as Kadachakka in our mother tongue (Malayalam). I adore the Kadachakka Ularthiyathu. It is mouth watering. Occasionally I have tried kadachakka fry. Not bad. Do not see them on the menu any more. Must try out some soon.
