I love Sarovaram hotel at Kochi (Ernakulam) for it's great ambience of the Laurie Baker architecture and then some good vegetarian food. We never get bored of this place. They do have rooms for guests to stay. It is on the Edappally bypass, after vytilla junction on the right side, while traveling from the Edappally side. It is away from the ernakulam city, which has it's merits and demerits. Its a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and at the same time not very convenient if you want to explore the city for shopping and take a break once in a while to rest in your hotel room.  Here are some photographs. We had masala dosa and ghee roast this time :-).
